Anupam Chakraborty Mr. Alok Kumar Poria ...for the petitioner/applicant Mr. Chandi Charan De, Ld. Addl. Govt. Pleader Mr.Anirban Sarkar ....for the alleged contemnor The grievance of the petitioner is directed against the alleged violation of an order dated 4 July, 2024.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that despite the order dated 4 July, 2024 providing for a certified copy of an order passed under the West Bengal Land Reforms Act, 1955, the petitioner has not yet obtained the same.

On behalf of the State-respondents it is submitted that the order dated 4 July, 2024 was passed by suppressing the fact that the petitioner had already preferred an appeal against the same an appeal is still pending.

In view of the above, the prayer of the petitioner to obtain a certified copy in WPA 20461 of 2022 is untenable and not maintainable.

In view of the above, the order dated 4 July, 2024 stands corrected to modify that the petitioner is at liberty to approach the Tribunal under the West

Bengal Land Reforms Act, 1955 and obtain appropriate certified copies in accordance with law. In view of the above, CPAN 1628 of 2024 stands dismissed as not maintainable. The order dated 4 July, 2024 stands modified to the above extent.
