It appears that an inadvertent typographical error had crept into the order dated 03.01.2024 passed by this Court. At the 4th last line of the 2nd page of the order instead of "Dankuni Police Station", it should actually be "Dakshineswar Police Station".

The inadvertent typographical order is hereby corrected and the order dated 03.01.2024 shall always be read conjointly with this order.
