Mr. Sakti Pada Jana, learned advocate for the petitioner submits that in compliance with the order dated January 30, 2024, the petitioner has already refunded the Government's share of contribution in the Provident Fund Account of the deceased teacher with interest and additional interest to get the benefit of family pension by switching over from CPF Scheme to GPF Scheme.

The District Inspector of Schools (S.E.), Howrah, the respondent no. 4 herein, thereafter has sent the pension papers to the Director of Pension, Provident Fund and Group Insurance, Government of West Bengal, the respondent no. 3 herein for issuance of necessary pension payment order.

The respondent no.3 is directed to take steps to issue such pension payment order in favour of the petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of this order and the concerned authorities, upon issuance of such pension payment order, shall take forward steps to release family pension including the arrear pension in favour of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible. W.P.A. 24096 of 2023 is disposed of with the above terms without any order as to costs.
