1. Heard learned Counsels for the petitioner.

2. Considering the materials available in the case diary and having regard to the extent and nature of the dispute and involvement of the petitioner in the commission of alleged offence and having regard to the statement of the injured read with the injury report wherefrom it appears that the petitioner has suffered fracture, injury due to physical assault, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

3. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected.
