Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are in custody for three years three months and only one witness out of 23 witnesses have been examined. Learned advocate for the State submits that some of the accused persons are having antecedents.

Having considered the same, three months time is granted to expedite the process of trial. At least nine witnesses be examined by 30th April, 2026.

Petitioner would be at liberty to approach this Court after the said period is over.

At this Stage CRM (M) 2166 of 2025 is dismissed. All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
