The petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that in spite of his complaint to the Officer-in-Charge, Gurap Police Station, no action has been taken. The grievance of the petitioner is that the private respondents in collusion with each other has created a third party right.

Learned advocate for the State has submitted a report which reflects that Gurap Police Station Case No. 389/2024 dated 07.10.2024 has been registered for investigation. In view of the fact that the police authorities have taken steps, the grievance of the petitioner has been addressed. The investigating agency is directed to take the investigation to its logical conclusion within a reasonable period of time.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being WPA 25132 of 2024 is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
