Ghaffar ...for the petitioners Mr. Mir Anuruzzaman ...for the Rajpur-Sonarpur Municipality The matter is taken up for consideration pursuant to the order dated 17th November, 2022 in presence of the learned advocates representing the petitioners and Rajpur-Sonarpur Municipality. Mr. F. Ghaffar, learned advocate representing the petitioners has submitted that this writ petition has become infructuous in view of the decision taken by the appropriate authority of Rajpur-Sonarpur Municipality dated 12th March, 2008 which was communicated to the petitioner pursuant to the order passed by a coordinate Bench on 9th June, 2006.

Rajpur-Sonarpur Municipality is represented by the learned advocate who has also submitted that the order passed by the coordinate Bench on 9th June, 2006 has been complied with by communicating the order dated 12th March, 2008.

In view of aforesaid submission being made on behalf of the respective parties to this writ petition it

appears that the writ petition has become infructuous and accordingly same stands dismissed.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon usual undertakings.
