1. Heard learned Counsel for the parties.

2. On perusal of the entire materials as placed before us, we find that in her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. the victim made direct allegation as against the present petitioner with regard to the commission of rape upon the victim/informant.

3. Considering the seriousness of the victim, the prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.
