1. This revisional application has been filed with a prayer for early disposal of the Mex Case No. 27 of 2015 which is pending before the Learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Court, Alipore, District 24 Parganas (South).

2. Considering the prayer of the revisional application, I find hardly any reason to direct the petitioner to serve notice upon the opposite party.

3. Accordingly, service upon the opposite party is thus dispensed with.

4. Learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Court, Alipore, District 24 Parganas (South) is requested to dispose of the execution case being Mex Case No. 27 of 2015 as expeditiously as possible, preferably within three months from the date of communication of this order.

5. With the aforesaid observation, the revisional

application stands disposed of.

6. Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on usual undertakings.

7. All the parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official web site of this Court.

8. Petitioner is at liberty to make communication of this order to the Learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Court, Alipore, District 24 Parganas (South).
