Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties are present.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that the interim order which was in force till 24th February, 2025 and the instant application has been prior to expiry of the interim order and prays for extension of the same. 4.
Considering all facts and circumstances, the interim order stands revived and extended till 30th August, 2025 or until further order, whichever is earlier.

Accordingly, CRAN 3 of 2025 stands disposed of. In re: CRR 3986 of 2023 with CRAN 1 of 2024 6.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that the learned Trial Judge already dismissed the application under Section 125 of the Code of Criminal Procedure and prays for withdrawal of the revisional application. 7.
In such circumstances, the revisional application stands dismissed as withdrawn.

The connected application, being CRAN 1 of 2024, also stands disposed of accordingly.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has prayed for extension of the interim order.

Considering all facts and circumstances, the interim order stands revived and extended till 30th August, 2025 or until further order, whichever is earlier.
