The same is disputed by the learned advocate appearing for the private respondents.

Learned advocate for the State has submitted a report.

The report reflects that there are, at least, four cases pending inter se

between the parties.

In view of the fact that the petitioners and the private respondents are at loggerheads and number of criminal cases are pending between them, I direct the police authorities to keep a strict vigil and to ensure that no breach of peace and tranquility takes place at the locality and/or any untoward incident takes place at the behest of any of the parties.

If any of the parties are aggrieved, they would approach the jurisdictional police station.

If the jurisdictional police station do not act on such communication, the parties would be at liberty to approach the jurisdictional criminal/civil court which would act in accordance in law.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 25039 of 2024 is disposed of.

Report so submitted be kept with the record. Let a copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate for both the parties.

Affidavit of service so filed be also kept with the record.

Parties to act on a server copy of this order duly collected from the official website of the Hon'ble High Court, Calcutta.
