1. The opposite parties are represented through their respective counsel.

2. The petitioner prays for withdrawal of the instant revisional application on the ground that another revisional application, bearing CRR No. 1519 of 2025, is pending before the bench of Hon'ble Justice Jay Sengupta.

3. Both the revisional applications on the selfsame cause of action and the selfsame parties do not maintainable in the eye of law.

4. Learned Advocates for the opposite parties do not raise any objection.

5. Let CRR No. 4336 of 2024 be dismissed as withdrawn.

6. Interim order, if any, shall stand vacated.
