The said matter continued to appear in the list on and from 19th July, 2023. All the parties have sufficient notice about the listing of the matter before the Regular Bench on and from 1st August, 2023. In spite of notice, the appellant is not represented. It thus shows that the appellant is not interested to proceed with the appeal.
