Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is a lady aged about 28 years who was intercepted while entering into India from Bangladesh. Petitioner is in custody for 1 year 4 months and 15 days. The case diary contains document relating to the birth certificate of the present petitioner issued from Bangladesh. Having considered the locus of the present petitioner, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail. As such the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected. Trial Court is directed to expedite the process of trial. Accordingly, CRM (M) 2168 of 2025 is dismissed.
