Chandi Charan De, learned Additional Government Pleader appears for the respondent. This is an application for restoration of a writ petition which was dismissed on June 25, 2024 and the application was taken out on July 26, 2024.

Sufficient cause is being shown in the application and if marginal be there by condoning the same and for ends of justice the order of dismissal dated June 25, 2024 stand recalled.

The writ petition stand restored with original file with number.

Accordingly, CAN 1 of 2024 stand allowed.
