The petitioner's application for transfer has been rejected on the ground that the only one teacher in the school in question for the subject.

The petitioner submits that there is a new teacher who has joined the school.

In those circumstances, the petitioner shall be entitled for transfer in the changed circumstances which shall be considered by the DPSC, Purulia strictly in accordance with law and the applicable rules.

With the aforesaid directions, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

6.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all formalities.
