By consent of the parties, G.R. Case No.878 of 2024 pending before the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Islampur, Uttar Dinajpur be transferred to the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kurseong, Darjeeling, for disposal along with G.R. Case No.48 of 2024.

Learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Islampur, Uttar Dinajpur is directed to transmit the case records to the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kurseong, Darjeeling within two weeks from the date of communication of this order.
