Since service matters relating to the employees in SAIL are to be filed before the appropriate Administrative Tribunal constituted under the Administrative Tribunal Act, 1985, this matter is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh before the appropriate forum on the self-same cause of action, if any. In the event, the petitioner files the application before the Appropriate Tribunal within a period of two weeks from date, the Tribunal is to make an endeavour to dispose of the same at the earliest since this matter has remained pending from 30th September, 2024 till date (16.01.2025) before this Court.
