1. This revisional application has been filed assailing the order No. 43 dated 08.08.2023, whereby Learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 1st Court Paschim Medinipur adjourned the proceeding of J Misc. Case No. 169 of 2022 on the ground of serious illness and date has been fixed on 18.11.2023 for evidence.

2. At the time of hearing, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has prayed for early disposal of the J. Misc. Case.

3. Considering the prayer of the revisional application, I find that the application was filed for setting aside the order impugned.

4. On careful perusal of the order impugned, I do not find any illegality or infirmity to interfere with the same.

5. Accordingly, the revisional application stands dismissed with a request to the Learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 1st Court Paschim Medinipur to dispose of the J. Misc Case as expeditiously as possible, preferably within three months from date of communication of this order.

6. With the aforesaid observation, the revisional application stands disposed of.

7. Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on usual undertakings.

8. All the parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

9. Petitioner is at liberty to make communication of this order to the Learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 1st Court, Paschim Medinipur as well as to the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the opposite party before the Court of Learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 1st Court, Paschim Medinipur as well as the opposite party herein.
