Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody for 76 days, he is physically disabled person and the recovery which has been made by the investigating agency is questionable and illegal. On the other hand, learned advocate for the State submits that some recoveries were made pursuant to the statement made by the present petitioner.

Be that as it may since the investigation of the case is at this stage continuing, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail.

Accordingly, prayer for bail of the petitioner being CRM (NDPS) 1362 of 2025 is dismissed at this stage. All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
