The respondent nos. 2 and 3 are represented.

The petitioner seeks a direction upon the respondent no.3 to consider her representation for setting aside a possession notice issued by the bank. The bank initiated proceedings under the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002. The petitioner is aggrieved by such action. There is statutory alternative remedy available to the petitioner in respect of action taken by a secured creditor under the Act of 2002.

In such circumstances, I am not minded to interfere in the present writ petition.

W.P.A. No.25724 of 2017 is dismissed without any order as to costs.
