Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody for about eight months and he is a physically disabled person suffering from various ailments. To that effect, learned advocate for the petitioner produces certain medical documents.

Learned advocate appearing for the State, on the other hand, opposes the prayer for bail and draws the attention of the Court to the injury suffered by CSW-2, Ashim Santra and CSW-3, Mohan Santra as also the statement of the injured.

I have taken into account the role of the present petitioner so far as the injury which has been allegedly sustained by CSW-3. Having considered the same, I am of

the view that the petitioner be well advised to approach this Court after the consideration of charges is over. At this stage, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.

It has been informed that one of the accused is staying at a different State. The concerned court is directed as such to split up the trial by exhausting the process of law within a period of sixty days from the next date so fixed. The application for bail, being CRM (M) 2169 of 2025, is, thus, disposed of.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
