The revisional application is moved praying for expeditious disposal of proceedings in connection with T.S. 121 of 2019 now pending before the learned 1st Civil Judge (Jr. Divn) at Barasat. 2.

Considering the nature of relief prayed for.

Service in the present case is dispensed with. 3.

It appears that the suit is pending since 2019 and it is submitted that the petitioner is in 87 year person and a cancer patient.

Considering of this fact, the revisional application is disposed of with the direction that the Trial Court shall make all endeavour to dispose of the title suit expeditiously preferably within a period of six months from the date of this order upon notice to both sides.

Civil Revision stands disposed of.

Applications, if any, connected thereto stand disposed of consequently.

7.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

8.

Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on priority basis upon compliance of all formalities.
