Learned advocate appearing for the State submits a report, wherein, he contended that earlier Jadavpore P.S.

Case No. 190 of 2023 dated 13.09.2023

was registered for investigation and another case being Netaji Nagar Police Station Case No. 83 of 2024 has been registered for investigation.

The present complaint dated 26th June, 2024 is narrating certain facts which, prima facie, are different from the earlier complaint disclosing certain cognizable offences.

The jurisdictional police officers would act on the complaint dated 26th June, 2024 in accordance with law.

Learned advocate for the respondent nos. 5 and 6 opposes each and every contentions advanced on behalf of the petitioner and also denies the allegations made against the private respondents.

In view of such contentions and that the affidavits have not been called

for, the allegations made in the writ petition are deemed to be disputed and denied.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 25026 of 2024 is disposed of.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.

Affidavit of service so filed be also kept with the record.
