1. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties.

2. It is submitted on behalf of the State that the prayer for further investigation has been made and all the tractors have not been recovered and there is every chance of absconding if the petitioner is granted anticipatory bail. The petitioner is a resident of U.P.

3. Considering the materials available in the case diary, the nature of allegation and the involvement of the petitioner for disappearance of tractors and trolleys on the basis of forged documents, as alleged, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected and the same is accordingly disposed of.

5. All parties shall act on the server copies of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
