1. Heard learned Counsels for the petitioner.

2. Considering the materials available in the case diary and having regard to the extent and nature of the dispute and involvement of the petitioner in the commission of alleged offence and the statement of various victims who they claim to have been duped by the petitioner and induce the petitioner on depositing high rate of interest and other incriminating materials in the Case Diary against the petitioner, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

3. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected.
