However, learned counsel prays for liberty to file a fresh writ petition on the self-same cause of action, incorporating subsequent events. Accordingly, W. P. A. 22492 of 2019 is dismissed as infructuous, with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition on the selfsame cause of action, incorporating connected subsequent events, if any.

There will be no order as to costs.
