The writ petition has been pending since 2009. It is submitted by the Advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner that during the pendency of this proceeding, the parties have settled their disputes and do not want to proceed any further with this matter.

It is further submitted that the dispute pertaining to construction of a boundary wall has been amicably resolved by and between the petitioner and the State Authorities.

In view of the above, WPA No. 19452 of 2009 along with CAN 1 of 2011 (Old CAN 5712 of 2011) stand dismissed as infructuous.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
