Thereafter, there has been no persuasion in respect of the present writ petition.

The grievance of the petitioner relates to the representations made to the Habra P.S. on or about 22.8.2010, which were never treated as FIR, but, only a General Diary Entry was made being G.D.E. No. 1341 dt. 22.8.2010.

Having considered that almost 13 years have passed since the writ petition was filed and, as, there has been no persuasion, I am of the view that the petitioner would be entitled to agitate her grievance before the appropriate forum. No interference is required by this court.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 20984 of 2010 is dismissed.

Pending application, if any, is also dismissed.
