Once again an accommodation is sought on behalf of the petitioner. The matter had been called repeatedly on earlier occasions, but the petitioner remained unrepresented before this Court.

Let the affidavits filed by the College Service Commission and the University Grants Commission be kept with the records.

The issue involved in this writ petition is covered by the judgment delivered by this Court on January 13, 2023 in WPA 16211 of 2019 (Waliul Alam vs. University Grants Commissions & Ors.).

For reasons recorded in the said judgment, I do not find any merit in this writ petition also. Accordingly, WPA 22505 of 2019 is dismissed There will be no order as to costs.
