Petitioner has filed this writ petition challenging the impugned order of disqualification of his membership. It appears from record that for redressal of such grievance petitioner has made several representations before the Assistant Registrar of Cooperative Society, Malda Range/respondent No.2. One of such representations appears at page 18 being Annexure P-2 to the writ petition, which appears to have been made on 20th November, 2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submission of the parties this writ petition being WPA 22509 of 2019 is disposed of by directing the respondent No.2 to consider and dispose of the aforesaid representation in accordance with law and

by passing a reasoned and speaking order after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner or any other interested parties or their authorised representative, within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of this order.
