1. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner points out that in order dated 21.5.2024 an inadvertent mistake has crept in wherein timeframe has not been mentioned.

2. In the fourth line of para it is added "representation of the petitioner shall be disposed of within four weeks from the date of communication of the instant order".

3. With the above direction the present order is modified.

4. This order be treated as part of order dated 21.5.2024 (Gaurang Kanth, J.)
