In view of the fact that subsequent to filing of this application, an application has been filed by the petitioners before the learned trial Court praying for default bail on the ground that FSL report is still not available, learned advocate for the petitioners says that he is not pressing this application for bail.

2. The application for bail is, thus, dismissed for nonprosecution.

3. Dismissal of this application will not stand in the way of the learned trial Court considering the petitioners' application for default bail in accordance with law.
