The petitioner alleges that the complaint lodged by the petitioner before the police authority has not been considered.

There appears to be a long standing dispute between the parties and civil as well as criminal proceedings are pending between them.

Since the complaint lodged by the petitioner has not been acted upon by the police authority, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the jurisdictional Magistrate under Section 175 of the BNSS for redressal of his grievance.

The writ petition is disposed of.

There shall, however, be no order as to costs. Since no affidavit is invited, the allegations contained in the writ petition are deemed not to have been admitted.
