It is submitted on behalf of the parties that the dispute between the parties has been amicably settled and the petitioner has paid Rs.1,50,000/- to the third respondent in full and final settlement of his dues. Both the parties pray for disposal of the writ petition in terms of the compromise arrived at by and between the parties.

In view of the memorandum of settlement executed by and between the petitioner and the third respondent on 16th December, 2019 (Annexure -A to the CAN 2/2020) the writ petition and the connected application are disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
