The writ petition itself has been assigned before the Bench presided over by one of us (Talukdar, J). This Court is also informed that WPA 20479 of 2019, WPA 20685 of 2019, WPA 22532 of 2019 and WPA 5244 of 2019 are an analogous matter and have been assigned before the Bench presided over by one of us (Talukdar, J).

Several applications appear with WPA 20479 of 2019, WPA 20685 of 2019, WPA 22532 of 2019 and WPA 5244 of 2019 for addition of parties. The applicants contend that they stand on a pari materia footing with the writ petitioners in WPA 20479 of 2019, WPA 20685 of 2019, WPA 22532 of 2019 and WPA 5244 of 2019.

All the above stated writ petitions relate to a recruitment for Primary Teachers by the District Primary School Council, South 24 Parganas.

Accordingly, for a better appreciation of facts which, the parties submit, are analogously connected, let WPA 20479 of 2019, WPA 20685 of 2019, WPA 22532 of 2019 and WPA 5244 of 2019 along with all their connected applications appear for consideration next under the same serial number with all leading writ petitions being WPA 20479 of 2019, WPA 20685 of 2019, WPA 22532 of 2019 and WPA 5244 of 2019 placed next below each other.

Mr. Das, Learned Counsel, led by Mr. Vaisya, Learned Additional Government Pleader appear in all the writ petitions for the District Primary School Council, South 24-Parganas.
