1. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is an Indian national and has been falsely implicated in this case.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the State strongly opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail. He refers to the incriminating materials available in the case diary including the document contained at page 8 of the case diary which shows the petitioner to be a citizen of Bangladesh. He, thereafter, fraudulently obtained the EPIC card for the Indian election.

3. Considering the incriminating materials available in the case diary, I do not consider this to be a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected.

5. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance with requisite formalities.
