1. Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

2. The learned Counsel for the State has referred to the order passed by a Coordinate Bench in connection with anticipatory bail application of Anarul Sk. in CRM (A) 5322 of 2023 dated 1st February, 2024.

3. It appears from the statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. of injured eye witnesses that this present petitioner was named along with others which, inter alia, include Anarul Sk. and in view of the fact that the present petitioner stands on the same footing as that of Anarul Sk., we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected.
