The learned advocate for the State is present. The instant revisional application has been filed for quashing of the proceeding being G.R. Case No. 1191 of 2010 arising out of Shantipur Police Station Case No. 307 dated 04.07.2010 and Charge-sheet being No. 491 of 2010 dated 05.11.2010 under Section 306/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 has been filed before the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ranaghat, Nadia.

From the memo of evidence filed by the Santipur Police Station R.P.D. through the learned advocate for the State mentions the next date has been fixed on 05.06.2024 for recording of evidence. The charge-sheet has been filed in Shantipur Police Station Case No. 307 dated 04.07.2010 and No. 491 of 2010 dated 05.11.2010 under Section 306/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.

Perusing the contentions of the revisional application as well as the annexed documents of the complaint and the fact that the charge-sheet has been submitted indicates prima facie materials against the petitioners to be conclusively determined through trial. Accordingly, this court is not inclined to interfere with the trial.

Under such circumstances, the instant revisional application is dismissed.
