It is further submitted co-accuseds have been enlarged on bail.

Learned advocate appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

We have considered the materials on record. Petitioners were identified in course of Test Identification Parade. Co-accuseds who are on bail have not been identified during such examination. Hence, petitioners do not stand on the same footing with co-accuseds. There are ample materials connecting them with the offence of snatching gold chain in a public place. In view of the aforesaid incriminating materials, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners at this stage. The application for bail is thus rejected.
