1. No one appears in support of the writ petition, when the matter is called on.

2. Mr. Koley, learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the WBSEDCL has pointed out that based on a complaint lodged against the petitioner, one specific case vide Islampur Police Station Case No. 415 of 2019 dated 26th July 2019 under Section 136(1)(a) and Section 136(1)(c) of the Electricity Act, 2003 came to be registered. The petitioner has preferred this writ petition praying for an order restraining the respondents from acting upon the complaint lodged by the respondents. He submits that such writ petition is not maintainable.

3. Having heard the learned Advocate for the respondents and upon perusal of the materials on record, I am of the view that since based on the criminal case has already been initiated, which is still pending for disposal, I am of the view that no further order needs to be passed in this writ petition and, accordingly, the same is dismissed.

4. There shall, however, be no order as to costs. (Partha Sarathi Chatterjee, J.)
