Chandra Kumar -vs- Union of India and others reported in 1997 (3) SCC 261 and submits that even the challenge to a provision of law is maintainable before the learned tribunal.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner also submits that the petitioner would like to agitate all his grievances before the learned tribunal.

In view of the bar contained in Section 15 of the Administrative Tribunal Act, the writ petition is disposed of by granting liberty to the petitioner to agitate all the points taken up herein before the learned tribunal.
