D/L Item No. 11 09.06.2022 KOLE CPAN 1384 of 2019 In WPA 19108 of 2018 Sajal Adak -Vs.- Mr. Amar Kumar Seal Mr. Kamal Mishra, Mr. P. Sapui ... for the petitioner.

Mr. Rima Das, ... for the contemnor.

Mr. A. Kr. Nag, ... for the State.

Read order dated May 12, 2022.

Leaned Advocate for the contemnor hands up a copy of a reasoned order dated May 27, 2022 passed by the concerned District Inspector of Schools. Let the same be kept with the records. By the said order, the petitioner's prayer for approval of appointment has been rejected. However, the order of which violation has been alleged, directed the concerned D.I. of Schools to pass a reasoned order. Such an order has been passed, although belatedly. Learned Advocate for the alleged contemnor tenders unconditional apology for the delay in passing the order. Such apology is accepted. It is expected that as a public officer, the alleged contemnor shall discharge his official duties and shall comply with court orders with more diligence in future.

Needless to say that if the petitioner is aggrieved by the reasoned order of the concerned D.I. of Schools, he shall be entitled to challenge the same before the appropriate forum in accordance with law.

CPAN 1384 of 2019 is, accordingly, disposed of. (Arijit Banerjee, J.)
