This Court on 10th January, 2023 passed the following order :- "... ... Learned Advocate General has pointed out that in pursuance to the order dated 23.08.2022 passed in WPA(P) 356 of 2022 (page 85) the District Magistrate has heard all the parties and has passed the order dated 21.12.2022 reached to the conclusion that there is no violation as per the existing guidelines. He has also pointed out that counsel for the petitioner in those proceedings had admitted that the hightension lines were located on the edge of the road.

At this stage learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time on the ground of personal difficulty of the arguing counsel.

List on 30th of January, 2023."

This Court considered the order of District Magistrate dated 21.12.2022 wherein it was recorded that there is no violation as per the existing guidelines.

The counsel for the petitioner prayed for time but till date he has not filed any exception to the said report. He is also not present today.

It appears that no grievance of the petitioner highlighted in this PIL now subsists. We have no reason to keep this matter pending.

The instant public interest litigation is disposed of.

All parties shall act on the basis of server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Hon'ble High Court.
