It appears that the petitioner is the raiyat in respect of the land in question and the private respondents are bargadars therein. The dispute pertains to their right in respect of the property. The petitioner is at liberty to approach appropriate forum for redressal of his grievance.

It appears from the report submitted by the State that enquiry has been held pursuant to the complaint lodged by the petitioner and the police has submitted prosecution under Section 126 of the BNSS.

Since there is a strained relationship between the parties and each of them allege that the other party is forcibly taking away the harvest from the land, the police

authority is directed to keep strict vigil in the area in order to avoid any untoward incident and to ensure maintenance of peace and tranquility.

The writ petition is disposed of.

There shall, however, be no order as to costs. Since no affidavit is invited, the allegations contained in the writ petition are deemed not to have been admitted.
