Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner/de facto complainant submits that the next date is fixed in the month of November 2023 for consideration of charges. In this case the records reflect that charge-sheet has already been submitted and the case has already been committed to the court of sessions and is presently pending before the learned Additional Sessions Judge, 1st Court, Barasat. Having regard to the stage of the case, I direct that the learned trial court would overcome the stage of consideration of charges on the next date so fixed or within 15 days of the said date so fixed and proceed with the trial of the case.

With the aforesaid observations, the revisional application being CRR 4001 of 2023 is disposed of. Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
