The civil revision has been preferred praying for expeditious disposal of L.A.Execution Case No.01 of 2015 (Khokan Chandra Karmakar Vs. The State Of West Bengal) pending before the Court of the Additional District and Session Judge, 2nd Court, Dakshin Dinajpur, at Balurghat.

It appears that the execution case is pending since 2015. 10 (ten) long years have passed, matter has still not been disposed of.

Considering the nature and relief prayed for service is dispensed with and the revisional application is disposed of with the direction that the Trial Court shall make all endeavour to dispose of the execution case within 3(three) months from the date of this order.

The civil revision is disposed of.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
