By the present writ petition the petitioner seeks for direction upon the respondent authorities to issue Teachers Eligibility Test (in short, TET), 2014 pass certificates in favour of the petitioners.

Mr. Sudipta Dasgupta, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioners submit that the petitioners have been declared as qualified in TET, 2014 and have been duly empanelled. The petitioners have already been appointed in different primary schools in the State of West Bengal. However, the Certificate of TET, 2014 has not been issued as yet to the petitioners. Being aggrieved by such action, the petitioners have filed the present writ petition.

Mr. Subir Sanyal, learned senior advocate appearing on behalf of the West Bengal Board of Primary Education submits that the Board is agreeable to issue pass certificates of TET, 2014 in favour of the petitioners. 5.

In view of the above, respondent no. 4, the Secretary, West Bengal Board of Primary Education is directed to take appropriate steps for issuance of pass certificates of TET, 2014 in favour of the petitioners subject to their entitlement upon proper verification within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of this order. 6.

With the above directions, the writ petition being WPA 24694 of 2025 stands disposed of.

Learned advocate for the petitioner is directed to communicate this order to the respondent no.4, The Secretary, West Bengal of Primary Education for necessary compliance.

Since no affidavits have been called for, the allegation made in the writ petition is deemed to be not admitted.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

All connected applications, if any, stand disposed of.

11.

There shall be no order as to costs.

12.

All concerned parties shall act in terms of the copy of the order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

13.

Urgent Photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on compliance of all necessary legal formalities.
