The writ petition was disposed of by the order dated January 30, 2023. The matter has been brought to the list for correction of the said order. In the second page at paragraph 2 of the said order the date 'September 24, 2016' is to be replaced by the date "October 03, 2016 (5.00 P.M.)".

The department is directed to carry out necessary correction in the order dated January 30, 2023 as indicated above and also in the certified copy of the said order, if already supplied to the parties, accordingly.

Other portion of the said order shall remain unaltered.
