It has been submitted by the learned advocate representing the petitioners that the alleged contemnor has passed order on 18th November, 2022 but the same is not in accordance with the direction passed by this Court on 8th August, 2022.

I am afraid that the submission of the petitioners regarding the legality of the order passed by the alleged contemnor cannot be adjudicated in the contempt application.

It will be open for the petitioners to challenge the order passed by the alleged contemnor before the appropriate forum, if so advised.

Contempt application stands disposed of.
